Perform other duties and tasks as assigned Support store operations by maintaining loss prevention awareness and security of Parts Room and by helping to prepare for physical inventory Maintain the Parts Room within the Service Department by ensuring a clean and organized work area, conducting cycle counts, completing inventory adjustments and transfers, stocking and replenishing computer parts and participating in merchandising activities Keep up-to-date on retail products and current technologies Process merchandise return authorizations within 72 hours of replacement parts receipt, to include research and reconciliation of warranty billing and shipments/deliveriesĮffectively communicate and coordinate as needed with other departments, including Store, Corporate Office and Service Distribution Center
